Without a property, it's hard to tell. Most Wall Twp rentals are annual rentals, but, the zip code 07719 also covers Belmar and it could be a weekly, monthly, seasonal or annual price. Post again with the address and I'll look it up for you. ... more

I'm sorry to hear about the loss of your home. I'm with the Real Estate Mortgage Network and there is a new loan available to any one displaced by Sandy, owners as well as renters. It is an FHA loan and it will be available for 1 year from the date of Sandy. It allows you to borrow 100% of the purchase price to buy your home. As with other loan programs there are guidelines that have to be met but feel free to give me a call anytime on my cell. I would be happy to answer any questions for you.

Hi Kachrista,
The rental you inquired about is an annual rental. There are others. We show 14 annual rentals under $1300/mo between Bradley Beach and Brielle.
I am the rental manager in my office and can help. I have others that are not on the MLS as well, including a 2 bedroom in Avon for $1600/mo.
As far as insurance goes, Met Life has a reasonable policy.

thanks for all of the input. i learned a couple lessons. one is ignore realtors who provide signed leases without copies of checks attached, regardless of the fact that the realtor is in a resort town and does many rentals, and i thought knew better. c-21/schlossbach agent was insensitive to what he put into motion.
ps - i don't have the house for sale. just rental listing with one agency.
