No storm damage, just a house that's "in disarray" according to the listing agent. There is a tenant in place this summer. You could buy it and collect the rent! This neighborhood is not in a flood zone, so you're safe here!
If you would like to see it, let me know. Or, if you just need more information.

Hi Caitlin,
This rental is our office listing, but it is not a summer rental. It's an annual. It's 3 bedrooms and the rate is $1195/month. You could rent it annually and enjoy it all year!
If you would like to schedule an appointment to see it, or if you would like information on summer rentals, just contact me. I am the rental manager in our office.

Valentina Gabela answered:
Hi Marilyn,
There was a house that was on the market last year on the 6th block, meaning 6 blocks to the ocean and very close to main st. That house was in pre foreclosure status and listed $247,900. This house is on an irregular lot meaning it is not equal on all sides. this was a triangle property 34 across and 95 deep on one side , 82 deep on the other. So property was not large. It is really a condo alternative being 2 bedrooms.

Perhaps if you want to call me to tell me what you are looking for I can help.
Usually these listings on the internet look a lot better than they really are.

Best regards,
Val Gabela

Thanks for inquiring about my listing for a one bedroom condo at Barbara Arms in Belmar.

Monthly fee of $225 includes heat, hot water, gas, water & sewer, exterior maintenance, snow removal and one assigned parking space.

It is a great location and very affordable for it's "one block to the beach" location.

BBQ on balcony not permitted. Feel free to call for appointment or with questions.

Shirley, Shirley, Shirley,

You are all over the board here on Trulia. You are considering continining to rent, then again u feeel like u mght be realdy to buy if the price is right.

It appears to me that you may be only of the many who got caught up in today's market and had to realease their home possibly "short sale", then rent. Although your rental rate history is admirable, if the credit scores aren't in sync, it doesn't make a difference.

Frankly, you'd be better served having a one-on-one conversation with a Realtor, THEN a mortgage professional. The mortgage Pro is going to be the ONE to tell you how far u are from purchasing.

As discussed in my direct email, please call me @ 732.606.2931 for a personal, no obligation consultation.

Trulia partnered with RealtyTrac to provide foreclosure listings and RealtyTrac gets their info from public notices. Unfortunately, any information not in the public record, like the number of bedrooms and baths, is usually not available. Every state and county varies, but New Jersey's public info usually has a lot of holes. ... more

They're gone, as Sloane mentions. If you are looking for auction offered condos, there are some in Bradley Beach, the next town over. Other possibilities in Avon, Manasquan, too. (None on the auction block, though.)
