Hello Vvision:

I would suggest that you contact a Realtor® that could help you find something in Bellwood. I would be happy to refer you to someone since Bellwood is a bit far for me to travel. You will see that you'll get many responses here, all very willing to help you out. Just make sure that you choose someone who is really looking after your best interests. Feel free to interview them, find out if you click and if you would enjoy working with them. There is typically no fee for us to find you someplace to rent - a cooperative commission is usually paid by the owner of the building you would be renting from. Good luck to you, and again, if you'd like to contact me directly, please feel free to do so. Just click on my name and the contact me button.

I would contact a local property management office and see if they have any vacancies for their landlords which accept section 8.

Or try craigslist. Here in Philadelphia you do not see too many listed on the MLS that have that in the remarks and those are your best options in my opion.

Best of luck finding a rental.

Greetings Kimberly,
Good Luck with E V E R Y T H I N G! !

I would get a reference letter from my previous landlord. People have thier own opinions of what Secion 8 means in terms of the damage to property. If you are a good tenant over come that objection with a referral.

In Georgia there is a repository of homes available to rent Section 8 with one of the Realtor Boards. Check with your case manager and find out if they are working with any agencies to help place people into homes.
