do you seriously think that is a legitimate listing??

I don't know the WA area, but I highly doubt anyone can rent a house as nice as that one for $800 a month

I am going to guess that is s SCAM..........FAKE..............listing.

If you do get through to someone - they most likely will have some creative story as to why they can't show you the home in person.......they will eventually ask you to wire money for the is a SCAM

Run in the opposite direction

Why not call a local realtor to verify there is such a listing?
Don't fall for online rental scams....they are all over the place

Are you an agent? If so sign up for a free account, claim or create the listing and update it. If you are not an agent, Trulia does not take FSBO's.

Ken, I'm not sure why your query about the Palm Desert home was sent to me.
But, if you decide to stay in balmy Whatcom County, we can help save you time, money and hassle in the process.

Of course, if you do move out of the area, we are now accepting Bellingham listings.
We're master marketers who make it happen.
