The listing on here says $2975...but there have been some rental scams, so it is worth a phone call to the listing agent to verify.

Here is a great link with information about spotting rental scams on the internet, along with a link to Bellevue and NW Rentals (all of which are listed by licensed agents) - You can break down your search by city, price and size:

Bob,

I believe this information was pulled from the county tax records for this home, so if it isn't correct, perhaps the county has your home recorded improperly. I'd start there.

Also, I couldn't see that this property is listed at all. Do you plan on selling or were you just checking around? I'd be happy to help you discuss this further if you're interested.

Best of luck with any of your future decisions!

Bharathi,
This property is only listed for sale. If you want to rent it, you could have an agent inquire with the listing agent for you. My guess is probably not.
If you are looking to purchase a home to use as a rental, there are sometimes rent caps which limit the number of rentals allowed in a complex.
If this is what you are looking for, you are better off having an agent work with you to scout out properties and inquire for you.

Per NWMLS there is no specific definition. A daylight basement normally has an exit to a ground level. We have seen a number of them that open to a yard area under an upper deck. There is no requirenment for a patio to be in place. ... more

isyresearch,
Chances are, there are more than 2 options to consider. The longer you intend to stay in the home, the more I suggest, do what works for your family. If you are planning a short term flip, that is altogether another matter. I would want to see the home, and suggest things based on the highest return on investment. ... more

Jacob,
You'll have to contact the property management company who put the post in Trulia. This is not an MLS listed rental where we as agents have access to the information. As Trulia says, use caution with rentals, don't send money to out of the area owners hoping to receive keys in the mail. Best of luck. ... more

Lindy Hisatomi answered:
Thanks for asking. So what is your price range, how long do you plan on renting and what area would you like to live? You'll probably find that rentals will usually want a contract for a year. Are you looking for month to month? If that's the case, you'll probably do best with one of the larger apartment complexes. ... more

Thank you for your interesting question. Most bank owned properties are not for sale. If you are thinking of buying this home for a rental investment, we will need to get all the details of the Home Owners Association to see if they have any rental caps and/or if that limit has been reached.
If you are looking for a rental home for yourself, I would be happy to show you what is available in the area.
