Deb,

The real estate taxes are calculated based on the full market value established by Allegheny County (in this case $86,800) and millage determined by the 1)Allegheny County 4.73 ,2)Bellevue Borough 4.89 and 3) Northgate school district 23.7071.
Total millage is identical for all properties in Bellevue, and the only variable is the full market value of the property. So to answer you question all properties in Bellevue with the assessed value around $86,000 will have similar taxes.
If you are looking for properties with lower taxes you can search for townships or school districts with lower millage. For example property assessed at $86,800 in Kennedy Twp (just across the river from Bellevue) will have taxes at $1,981.
I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any other questions. I can be reached at 412-915-4319
