Personally, I don't think purchasing without a Title policy would be a wise move. Considering the overall risk if something were to happen down the road, the Title policy is worth it's weight in gold. ... more

Proceed with Caution. Texas has no fill in the blank contracts for rent to own. These types of contracts are also know a Contract for Deed and can easily run afoul with the Texas Property Code if a broker was to write up one without legal counsel. ... more
