Trulia is not set up for telephone support. Telephone and email support is only for realtors that signed contracts with Trulia and Zillow and pay monthly advertising fees.

You will get a faster response if you type out your questions and have a realtor or lender respond. ... more

If you don't have a copy of your lease you can ask your landlord for a copy. If it's a 6 month lease then your lease would be up at the end of February.

You have the same problem a lot of veterans run into! At My Loan Is Your Loan I know the lowest credit score for mortgage approval would be 550. Depending on if you purchase through FHA, VA, or USDA determines if you need money down or not. VA has no down payments and USDA so depending on your area with below a 620 its easy to purchase. If you have more questions please reach out.

Please note that you can advertise your listing on Trulia for free.

To post a room for rent on Trulia, please follow these steps:

From the Trulia homepage, hover your mouse over the 'Rent' tab.

Click 'Post Your Rental Listing' at the bottom of the drop down.

Under 'Post a room', enter your address and click 'Continue' (if you click 'Post a home or apt', you will be redirected to our partner site, Zillow Rental Manager).

Follow the rest of the prompts to add specific listing information.

Once you click 'Publish', the listing will appear on Trulia within 1 hour.

Please note the listing will show on Trulia and also our partner brand, HotPads.

FHA 203k loans are excellent opportunities to get a home cheap that needs some work done to it. I know personally some of our clients have gone through Home Loans For All for 203k loans as well as VA loans. They have direct access to a massive network of lenders and quite a few lenders that specialize in helping people with challenged credit. I'll include a link to their website.

Best of luck!

Perhaps, you can take a look at Inzopa. According to their data, VA loans in TX have been done for consumers who have credit scores from 533-809. I believe 580 is currently the minimum, but most lenders will help you with your credit score so that you can get into a home. You should be able to get pre-approved with a little bit of credit repair.
