Mark and Heidi are correct in the good information that they gave you. I have a friend who lives in that neighborhood and many of her neighbors are BRAC affiliated. The price of the home would definitely depend on what is inside and outside of the home. I would love the opportunity to meet with your parents and sit down for a chat. This would in no way commit them to me unless you and your parents were comfortable with that decision.
I have lived in Bel Air for over 25 years so I am very familiar with the area. My company is Prudential PenFed Realty which stands for Pentagon Federal. We have billions in assets which means we are "rock" solid. We also offer many unique benefits to our clients. A few examples are: we waive the 295.00 processing fee, offer a 300.00 title fee if you use our title company and best of all will give a .50% credit off of the sales price if you have two back to back transactions with us (buy-sell or sell-buy). Please feel free to call me @443-417-6493 and we can discuss things person to person. Looking forward to speaking with you soon.

Hello. My answer is different from the others. While spring time is the "usual" peak time people think of for houses to be for sale, the "peak time" for a specific home to be on the market will depend on 1. its location; 2. competition from other homes that are for sale in that location; 3. condition of home (will some sprucing-up be worth waiting before listing it for sale?); and (in addition to other things), 4. amount of time sellers are willing/able to wait for the sale/closing. Definitely do your homework & be a savvy shopper if you are a buyer. I am a Realtor and Attorney in Bel Air, Maryland; I would be happy to assist you if you are looking to purchase a home in Harford County. Please feel free to contact me at 443-604-7721 or email me at; Cleo Pappas, Keller Williams American Premier Realty. ... more

Hi Ricardo,

March, April and May is the peak time for folks to put their houses on the market. However, because of this current housing market, there are plenty of homes to choose from even now!

When you are ready to hire a Realtor, please interview me. I will be happy to work with you.
Take care,
Diana Hornick
