Please know we currently do not have a tool to hide listings you are not interested in from search results. We do appreciate you choosing Trulia to assist you in your home search.

As a workaround in the meantime, my best recommendation is to enter more filters to narrow down your search results further.

I know the question on this house was answered... yes it is "pending sale"... sorry. I took a few minutes and set up a search for you for everything in Beavercreek $250-300,000 with 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths minimum... Check it out and see if that helps. You can customize your own search if that one does not really fit what you were looking for... I just tried to base it off of this house.

Buying a home can be so much fun but it can be stressful also... Most of our clients have found that they LOVE this tool... it puts you in control and lets you see everything available, multiple photos, etc...

Hope you like it... it is free for you to use and there is no obligation. If you do have other questions or decide you do need or want help with your home search we would love to talk with you.

Thanks and wish you the best of luck!

The first thing you need to do is talk with a good loan officer who can get you pre-approved for a loan that is within your budget and comfort level. I've attached the website of an excellent home mortgage consultant that I have worked with and have had tremendous results. She is with Legacy Mortgage an affiliate of Wells Fargo. Wells Fargo was recently named as one of the ten safest banks in the world and the only one in the U.S. If you have any questions or concerns you may contact me at ... more

The home located at 2486 Queen Elizabeth is pending sale, but I contacted the listing agent for you and asked that they contact me if the contract falls through. Please contact me with your contact information so I can notify you if the home comes back on the market. I also did a quick search for you and found that there are currently 6 other homes for sale in the same neighborhood. Please contact me if you would be interested in seeing those.

Thanks and have a great day,

MLS = multiple listing service. I'd be happy to look up that info for you, what is the address or MLS number?

Go tohttp:// if it is within Montgomery County, look at the property tax records. It lists the owner's name.

I can proivide you with any sales history you would like to have. All sales are a matter of public record, but researching county records can be challenging unless you know how to do it profeciently. you can start here:

That link will get you the Auditors records for Greene County.

For Montgomery County, go here:

If you would like someone to do the research for you, which I reccomend, I would be glad to help you in any way I can. Previous sales history wioll not have much bearing on what a current seller will sell the home for. If you are looking to see what someone paid for a particular property, we can usually find that 90% of the time, but in my experience I have found that none of that really matters when it comes time to make an offer. A house is only worth what you are willing to pay, and will only sell when the buyer and seller agree to a specific price.

I have sold many homes for less than what someone else paid and I have also ran into many sellers that no matter what the market will bear, are just unrealistic about what they are going to get for their home.
