Robert Hanson answered:
Hello,
I can do a work visa, or expatriate client if they put 20% down. (up to 1.5 million)

I can do a foreign national if they put 35% down.

I'm available to help you at your convenience if you wish.

I can do a full underwriting approval ahead of time if need be and I also offer credit score improvement programs for free while we work on your mortgage. Everyone likes to raise their score!

Hi Dan,

Definitely go with a 3 car garage...buyer expect anything over a 3 bedroom to have a 3 car garage and the 5th bedroom at that square footage will not be expected.

Good luck on the build!

Lindy Hisatomi answered:
Dear Fulkland,
As you may or may not know, over 98% of Bellevue in general is already built out. The usual 'plats' are rare to find and go at pretty high figures. The Camwest and DR Horton communities are realy the only ones that I know of at the present time, other than single builder spec homes. If your budget allows, there are some 'tear-downs' owned by builders and ready for a custom buyer. At my office, we have many connections to the builders who do just such construction.
If you have not yet found what you want and if 98004 is your only location, you may want to find good quality remodels or re-builds in the neigboring zip codes.
If you need some expert advice from a local lagent, I'm your woman with a back ground both in new construction and interiors.
If the price points in the 'Gold Coast' dont work for you, there are several good quality areas just outside the zip code with some new construction and many remodels.
Feel free to contact me at: lindyhisatomi@cbba.com. I'll be happy to converse with you online and see how I can help you. Yours, Lindy Hisatomi, CRS, Broker.

Hi David,

Thank you for reaching out to us about this. It looks like we receive your listing information from Windermere, in which case you'll want to contact them to correct this problem.

They provide us with your listing information via a data feed, and our system automatically grabs the photos included in that feed and displays them in the very same order in which they're provided. Once they make updates to the photos in this feed, our display should update automatically with the new information thereafter.

Please let us know if you have any further questions about this.

Best Wishes,

The other posters are right on--The answer is contained in the documents you've signed. Find out what you can do with regard to selling and then proceed accordingly. If you are allowed to resell your interest, find a realtor to begin marketing the property. I don't know which project you're talking about, but there are a couple of projects downtown which have a wait list of interested buyers. ... more

Stan, I have noticed that the repaving has worn down. I commute the 520 everyday running down to drop and pick up my son from School & business in the City.
