A great way to protect yourself from a scam is to check the source. Where did this listing come from? According to trulia.com it came from a website "Postlets.com", a hub for property owners to list their own rentals. The listing is no longer active on Postlets.com.

It appears to be an error. Some one may have listed the wrong information and promptly had it taken down to keep the wrong information from spreading too quickly.

Hi,

The builder is Jason Thomas Schaeffer located in New Jersey. Prices appear to be the "bricks and sticks" at the lower amenities level of the model being offered for construction. Hope this helps.

Thanks.

Hi Anna-michelle

If you are still referring to Scarborough Manor, I can tell you first hand - I lived there for 11 years. The water is provided by United Water and there is public sewer. My children were in the first class of Southern Elementary School which is grades K-6 and right next door is the middle school. It appears that the feeder changed this year to the sister school Wilbur Elementary K-5 which is even newer than Southern. There is a county park at the entrance of the neighborhood with a walking path, playground and picnic benches. When I lived there, I had 2 dogs and considered it pet friendly. If you have additional questions about that or any other real estate matters, don't hesitate to contact me @ 302-562-0628. Best of luck on you home purchase plan.........................chris ... more

Hi Anna-Michelle
There is a Homeowners Association in the neighborhood and an annual fee of $35 (as of 2011). The unfortunate part is that you are a little late for the property. This house is under contract and projected to settle at the end of this month. If you are looking for something in the area with approximately the same size, I have added a link of houses for you below.

Hello Shelly,
This a deed restricted community and I have seen some fences in the neighborhood, however this does not mean they are allowed. I would need to know what type of fence to give you a better answer. I am the listing agent for 123 Marble House Dr. and I would be happy to talk to you to find out what kind of fence you would want to put in and also to see if it would be permitted. Feel free to call me: (302) 540-8618. ...Judy Springer ... more

Great question but the owner would be able to share that information with a prospective buyer...
If, you are a prospective buyer than please feel free to contact a "go getter" real estate agent to help you in your purchase.
If, we were to put an offer on property we would ask for this information before we do...

Good Morning Lee,
Delaware code requires fire proofing between to separate dwelling which in doing so alleviates the sound between the dwellings. The builder for this 55+ community was Benchmark Builders and their websites tell more about the area, www.benchmarkbuilders.com. Let me know if you have any questions

Frank Mathews answered:
As previously stated, Trulia and Zillow are service sites for property and have a lot of good information. However, they do not get a direct feed from other sites of their property information. Each Agent or Agency is required to go into these sites and update their information. As you can see, not all Agent's are doing this. Please ApplebaumRealty.com for more accurate information. This site gets a direct feed from TRENDMLS, which all REALTORS or Agency are required to keep up-to-date. If you have any other questions concerning property on this site, make referrence to Frank Mathews and I will be back in touch with you. Thanks ... more

Hi Marty,

It is approximately 50 minutes to APG from Red Lion Chase & Woodlands at St. Georges. Unfortunately you are unable to avoid tolls completely, but the least expensive route is traveling rt. 40. At the bridge in Perryville you can pay $10 for a decal that will get you through the tolls for an entire year. If you take 95 S you will pay $5 a day in tolls. Please feel free to give me a call should you have further questions 302-832-1700 ... more
