There's nothing wrong with my house. It is the perfect starter home, especially for me and my daughter. It was built in 1978 and most people live in a home for 5-7 years before selling so I'm not really sure I understand where the question comes from. The neighbors on either side of my house are the original owners and there are many others on my street. It has a very large laundry room and back yard compared to homes built today with the same square footage. My home is very cozy and it has been a good home for me and my daughter. I lived there from 2007 until 2013 when I moved to Central after I got married, since my husband owned a larger house and he has kids also. Currently I'm renting to a very good friend. When she decides to move I will put it on the market as being a landlord doesn't appeal to me.
