This is also a deed restricted subdivision and does not allow mobile or manufactured homes. The lots would require you to pull permits thru the city and county in order to build. ... more

Sheila Vick, Real Estate Pro in Bastrop, TX
Wed Jul 11, 2012
Sheila Vick answered:
This house has foundation problems. Apparently, the pier and beam foundation is experiencing difficulty supporting the very heavy cinder block construction. The only way to know the extent and cost of correcting the problem would be to get an estimate from a good foundation company. If you have further questions about this property or would like to see some others in the same area, let me know. ... more

Sheila Vick answered:
No this property is not in a subdivision. It is a nice large rectangular parcel. Horses are allowed. It is a parcel out of the old Camp Swift property. Pretty rural, but close to Bastrop and Elgin. What are you looking for in a property? Do you wish to build or put a mobile on it? Do you prefer a subdivision with restrictions? Let me know if I can search for more properties that meet your needs. ... more
