In the mean time, we only need a two bedroom one bathroom house, but they must allow pets. We have two turtles, one cat, and a chinchilla. Our friend has a small dog. She's a Jack Russell Chihuahua mix.
I would like for the house to be on a private lot. I don't mind a double wide mobile home. I am not comfortable with apartments or duplexes. My cat is an indoor outdoor cat, and is a rare breed. Besides, he's fat. I don't want him to be taken from me. Let's face it, fat cats are just awesome.
I know the down sides of Rent to Own homes, but seeings as we don't want to actually own it, I would definitely be okay with it. The rent is normally cheaper that way due to having to repair everything ourselves, but that is pretty much what we're doing here anyway. My boyfriend is paying at least a grand a month. The owner who also lives here is only doing 500. Even if we weren't being forced to leave, we would want out anyway.
I have called many realtor places in Carrollton. None of them could help us. I need something either around there, or around Newnan. (My boyfriend works in Newnan.)

If anyone could help us, it would be greatly appreciated.

Nobody here can verify if a rental listing is legit or not. Unfortunately there is no way to police bogus listings. A good sign that it is NOT legit:

1. It's too good to be true.
2. You can't view the property in person.
3. You inquire about the property and you get a lengthy email back explaining how the owner is out of the country, doing "God's work".
4. They tell you to wire $$ and they promise to send you keys.
