Licensed real estate agents are required to present all written offers to their client the seller. Often two agents will discuss a property to determine if a written offer is even feasible depending on the needs of their two individual clients. But, without a written offer, there is nothing for the agent to submit to the seller. Verbal offers have absolutely no weight or even importance until it is writing.... more

Thanks so much for bringing this problem to my attention - the marker did not get placed properly on the map when my listing was uploaded. The marker should be placed further east on Route 6A, just before the bend in the road at Old County Road and just before the East Sandwich Post Office. It is a 2.25 acre lot abutting conservation land - a very private back yard for being on Route 6A.
I am working with Trulia to correct the marker placement.
According to recent sales and taking the renovations into consideration the seller is asking for $159 per sq ft. the average for that area range from $178 to $180 sq ft. When you see /sold/ as part of the URL the property is no longer for sale and is instead being used to gather names and emails to sell as leads.
One of the problems with sites on the Net that only sell ads or just collect email addresses to resell, is that the info on their pages is often meant to cause you to provide an email address and name or phone number for them to sell.
I would contact a local real estate professional to help with this answer and to save time and money.
