Wow, this question totally fell in my lap! Having lived in Deerfield since 06 & having written about forty leases in 2009, I could probably tell you the pros & cons of certain rentals that are available just now. If you'd like to cut to the chase and save time in your search, drop me a line. If you're only looking for a 2-yr commit, I'd definitely say rent & not buy. If you're looking down the road five years or so, and you're planning to spend a house payment on rent, it might just make sense to run the numbers in a buy. Either way, since I know the inventory, my clients don't pay list price - the max they pay is market value but more often they pay less.
