Hey Roel,

Just go to the site referenced below and search for the street address of the home you're wondering about. If you don't know the address, the site is just a big map so just keep zooming in to where you know it is and eventually you'll see the lot lines drawn up. From there click Identify under Search Tools. Once you click the lot a window will pop-up with all the info on the property. I hope this helps and let me know if I can help you with any specific questions on the area.

No property no address how can we answer your question?
But remember and read this carefully I am only sending it to you because of your question, because if you worked with one trusted buyers agent that Realtor would provide you will those answers as well!!

I am wondering why you ask this question here at Trulia, if you are an interested and determined
buyer, you definitely should connect with a local Realtor, a buyers Agent, ie a Realtor who will be on
your side, protecting your interests, finding the right property, arrange showings, answer all your
questions, help you right a good offer, get you also pre-approved for a loan, and negotiate on your behalf the very best sale price and terms and if you commit to one trusted Realtor, he or she will commit 100 % to you and his or her services if you make an offer on a property listed by a Realtor/Brokerage in the multiple listing service will be FREE to you, as Buyers Agents are usually
paid by the seller's side, out of the sellers proceeds at the closing table...

Why would you want to do this on your own, when there are so many details to be taken care of the
right way and so many details need to be paid attention to, inspection appraisals, loan commitment, walk thru etc. etc. in order to bring an offer to a fully executed contract and that to successful closing and home purchase.

Give it a second thought and hopefully you will decide to work with a trusted Realtor, who is experienced in your areas of interest. Please commit to only ONE Realtor!! If you need recommendations get back to me I gladly forward you names..

Sincerely yours,

The traffic is a little busier on Canal Road because the weather is warm and with the beach right down the road. Who wouldn't want to go to the beach? This is a great time of the year for outside activities, swimming, fishing, boating, and having fun on the sand. Please let me know if I can assist
you in anyway.

Have a great day,

Hello Robert,
I have several ideas regarding the possibilty of this trade. Obviously this is a difficult proposition and would take some time to find a suitable property (and agreeable seller) on the gulf. I would be willing to work with you to try to make this happen. Please feel free to call or email me at your convenience.
Best Regards,

The Fairhope area has sidewalks, shopping, community events, and is the quaint little bay town like none other. Also it is very centralized from Mobile, Pensacola, and the beach. Gulf Shores and Orange Beach has great walking/bike trails and will give you the beach lifestyle, but does not have the small baytown atmosphere that Fairhope will give you. Are school districts of any concern? Insurance plays a big part also. The further you are from water the better your insurance rates will be. There is no city sales tax in Fairhope which adds up in groceries, etc. I have worked both the beach and the eastern shore for the past 5 years and no both markets extensively. I feel that you can get exactly what you want for less money in today's market and also take advantage of today's great interest rates. ... more

Dan Therrell answered:
Normally, a phone call to any local insurance agent will let you know whether they write insurance for this type of property, and a ballpark price.

You should expect that most insurance carriers in Alabama are NOT writing WIND coverage in the coastal area of Baldwin County. Suggestion: Ask the neighbor owners, or property managers in Spanish Cove which carriers are carrying their property coverage and what the typical rates are.

You also might not be aware that property insurance rates are calculated based on both the property type and location, the buyer's credit rating, and history of claims.

So, you will get an accurate quote only by contacting an insurance agent and providing some personal information.

Best wishes on your purchase.
