If your looking to buy, get a good buyers agent. This way you have someone to go to when you have questions like this. Interview two or three agents and go with the one you mesh best with.

You can look it up through the tax records. Agents should not be giving out that type of information. You can always go by and introduce yourself, or write a letter to them stating your purpose of wanting to know their name.

Hi. The property was last on the market September 2008. Its Corporate owned. It was priced at $139,900.00. This property may be available for purchase but the city will still have to issue a certificate of occupancy due to its present condition. My guess is... this will be ( or already ..) in the auction block. To find out more information about this property, call the Chicago Title Land Trust. I've provided a link for you below. Hope this helps.

Hi Dianna, Why not work with a buyers agent, who will give you up to date information about properties
in your size, type of property, price range, locations, age etc. that you are interested in...And that agent will also accompany all showings, and guide you through the entire process... Just a thought for you, since if you are
looking here and there, many properties are either not on the market anymore, are already under contract, or even sold etc. etc.

Buyer Representation is a wonderful solution for buyers, as that agent/ Realtor will be working exclusively for YOU and in your best interest, if you like to know more, feel free to e-mail me....Provide you with listings of available properties regularly as well!

Take care and good luck in your search!
