I have a sign at the front gate of this property. It is a condominium complex and is gated so the sign cannot be displayed inside the complex. Would you like to see it?

Hi,

This a a REALTY TRAC deal where they want you to sign up for their services. Usually you can sign up for a month and gain a lot of experience in this REO market place.

Homes in the REO situation usually come up on the MLS. This one says auction, which some banks do.

Hi,

The previous answere is correct.

If you check the street by car, you might figure out which house it is. The other thing to do is check Les pendes at the court house.

It is a nice search and get you experience in the REO properties of the area.

Good Day,

It is a foreclosed property. The age of all items is only 10 years, home built in 2000.

This home is in relatively good shape since they will take VA or FHA loans.

Hi,

Realty Trac just wants you to sign up for their service.

It may or may not be available. I think it is almost like Phishing.

Maria

This home is not listed in the MLS as active, pending or sold since 01/01/2008

Realty Trac is not listing "homes for sale".....they are compiling public records for properties which have a legal action or notice filed. The amount shown on Realty Trac indicates the amount believed to be in legal dispute. The amount is not necessarily indicative of a sale or purchase price. Realty Trac does not list "properties for sale." Do not assume that because there is a legal action involving a property that a homeowner wants to sell. Many times, a homeowner will seek alternative remedies to the situation.

If you would like a list of foreclosures at the beach I would be happy to send you one. You can also search for homes on my website.

Carol Zingone answered:
Dear Shari,

This property is not currently listed in the Multiple Listing Service. There is no specific address listed, which tells me this could be a low ball price tag to get buyers such as yourself interested in it prior to it be listed.

I can tell you there are foreclosures in Jacksonville that have sold for this amount, and less, but none of them have been at the beach.

If I can help further, please let me know.

Good luck!
