Possibly you could take a paint chip down to Lowe's or Home Depot and have them match it.
If the paint is more than three years old; you will not match it due to weathering.... more

There are 3 service stations in Rogersville, A BP, Shell & an independant. There are two banks, Regions and Bank Independant. There are several good restaurants and downtown Rogersville is quaint and a great place to go. I will be glad to answer any questions about Rogersville.

If you have equity in the house to support the short fall related to your mortgage balance to fair market value, or you can support the short fall with cash and you want to relocate as soon as possible---sure, why not? Home values are not going to increase much within the next several years. You will probably find a home when you relocate that is an exceptional value where that home's value has decreased as well. I'm seeing many home owners purchase larger and better homes now that they could not have otherwise afforded 36+ months ago. You want to be represented by a Buyers Agent who can represent your best interest in a real estate transaction. This means that your agent can run comparable solds to see if the value is there for the property and can also make recommendation as to what price and terms to put in your offer. If you worked with the listing agent or seller/agent he or she represents the seller and only owes fiduciary responsibility as well as confidentiality to the seller.Usually the seller pays the real estate fees for the listing and selling agents so it should not cost you any more money however in the longrun the buyers agent will negotiate you the best offer.
