Hi James -
I am sure you will get many responses to this, so I will make it quick. I live north (Asheville born and raised), and know north, central and west Asheville like the back of my hand. I am happy to set up a listing cart for you that will automatically send you MLS listings based on your criteria. Please feel free to call if you have any questions. Josh (below) also has good recommendations on how to find local realtors. Good luck -
Best regards -

Tenant has ten days to appear and if the tennant is still there after this time he or she is served an eviction from the sheriff. How long the courts keep records of these actions is unknown. ... more

Madison Co. MLS 511127 - 414 River Bend Drive (20 minutes to Asheville) looks like a good deal. It's not my listing but I'd be happy to represent you. It needs better photos and a "gentlemens farm" marketing blitz and it would sell for at least another $30k, in my humble opinion. Price just dropped like a hot potato so something is up.
