Interested in knowing what the flood insurance is like in Asbury Park for houses off of Main Street (several blocks away from the ocean).
You do not need to have flood insurance west of Main St. There was no damage from Sandy, but you will need to confirm the exact address with the insurance co.

When a developer has a master deed recorded with the DCA but not with the county and he has renters do those renters fall under pre conversion?
I agree with Jeremy . You should contact the DCA . The issue regarding conversion should have been covered in the Condo/HOA Documents.
