What is it you're wondering about? Keep in mind, agents are prohibited from commenting on crime/safety or racial makeup of a neighborhood. It's best to do your own research using the city or county websites.

pretty quiet area, as is all of Arvada, it's an up and coming downtown hangout with breweries/restaurants/good parking, etc. We have very low crime here. The crime area off of Yarrow

is near to downtown Denver in the Edgewater area. Many miles from here. Don't know what type of home you are looking for, but check out MLS # 1178094, just minutes from OLDE Towne Arvada, bus and metro close at hand. Good luck!
