The annual property tax rate in Aromas is 1.25% of the sales price. Most of Aromas is in San Benito County. Other taxes are added to the annual property tax rate for such things as school and hospital bonds and offstreet improvements.

The Aromas area is considered a buyer's market currently as is all of Monterey County. If you do not need to sell today, it would be better to wait unless you will be also purchasing in the same market. ... more
