The good news is - the owner is not affixed to the property!!


When you close on the home, the seller will move along with the furniture and other items!

Just ignore her....maybe she is stressing because of the move and the reasons behind it - having 3 children is stressful enough, although no excuse for rudeness.

I had a seller once who was very rude to the inspector and buyers - almost threw them out, then called me on the phone screaming about how the inspector was "breaking her house" - she was a nervous woman who couldn't take the stress of having anyone - especially strangers - in her home, so she blew a fuse..........fortunately, everyone took it in stride, and the new owners are happily living in the home!

Keep reminding yourself you love the home and think of how happy you will be there!

It pays to compare rents before signing a lease. The closer to Pittsburgh, the higher the rent. Newer buidlings with more features will have higher rents. High rent is why it pays to buy right now. Buying might be a better deal for you, since loan rates are hovering in the 3-5% range.
