Michael,

I don't see any for sale currently on Moss Glen.
There are chances to buy pre-foreclosure homes, but it can often be a lot of work, for not much reward.

Call me and we can walk you through the best process to get you the home you want, at the best price, and with the lowest risk. ... more

Michael,

If there is no specific address listed, normally they're not for sale.
There's really no good way to buy before the auction as you don't know what ones will actually go to auction.
It's not impossible, but very very tough to chase these around.

Normally we suggest your best strategy is to buy after the bank gets them back.

You can search Arlington Homes for sale at the link below.

I don't show this one listed for sale yet. Possible that it will never go to auction and possible it could be a year or two before it does. If there is not a specific address listed likely it is not for sale.

There is another home on Table Rock currently for sale and you can see the details at the link below.

If you would like to see this home or any others just let me know. If you only want to focus on foreclosures we can also send you a list. The auction is the 1st Tuesday every month on the Tarrant County courthouse steps. Remember you have to pay cash at the auction the same day normally within an hour or so. However most properties are bought back by the lender at the auction and then put on the market a month or two later as REOs

Typically if there is no address, they're not really for sale. I'm surprised this one had a picture with it. Normally they just give you the aerial view of the neighborhood.

You can search for homes for sale with actual addresses at the link below.

Laura,

If there is not specific address associated with the property, it is likely not for sale now and possible that it will never be for sale. We can send you a list of foreclosures currently for sale if you will let me know what area and price range you need.

You can search all Arlington homes currently for sale at the link below. This includes foreclosures, REOs, bank owned homes as well as new and resale homes.

T.E. & Naima Sumner answered:
How could owner email you? You must have given your email to someone about the house. Yes, that address is listed for rent at $1,700 a month, but the owner has a local mailing address. It is technically possible he is overseas, but unlikely.

The normal way of finding rentals and getting a lease on them is to contact the owner's agent (who must be local) and applying. If accepted, funds would be sent locally through the agent.

This seems highly unusual and may be a scam. Without an agreement in hand it wouldn't make sense to send money overseas. Ask your Realtor to help you find out about this house and others in the 76015 area. You can also search on my website.
