Jazmin, it seems you're getting some conflicting information here. 5100 Dufferin is showing as an active listing at $129,900. This is a short sale situation, along with divorce & tax liens which is probably the easiest part. Sellers did some extensive updating in 2001. This is one of the few areas I know that have basements & they don't come up often. The area is quite nice with good schools nearby. This listing has been on the market for awhile, so they would likely be some room to negotiate is you're interested. I would be happy to help you with this or any other listing. I'm right here in this area of SW Arlington & know it well.

This is a HUD listing that's been under contract for weeks & is currently unavailable. There are others in a similar area & price range. HOA dues are $200 per month. I do not know if you have ever owned a condo before but the way the HOA works is that they insure the building basically to the studs. You will need an insurance policy to cover from the studs in. This type of policy is a little specialized.
