Bad reviews on the internet! I have been on the line with Wells Fargo in California. We are moving toward the 3 month mark in this contract and the seller is ready to quit waiting. I have never had this trouble with Florida Wells Fargo. No matter who the lender is --call them almost daily. The squeaky wheel gets more attention. ... more

Think about what you've asked for a moment. Who would lend money with the expectation that the borrower would stop making payments after a period of time and that would be that? It makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. Various states offer buyer assistance on occasion and the federal Goverment offered tax credits to first time buyers a back in 2009 and 2010 but the loan still needed to be paid back. ... more

Contact your state Banking Commission and state Real Estate Commission and file a complaint. You do not have any reason to be concerned about getting introuble, you've done nothing wrong, the lender is the one who did and as usual they're trying to stonewall and cover things up. ... more

Hello Toni, all these Realtor provided you with the right answers. 1st you would need to speak with an Realtor or at least provide a Realtor with the property address or the subdivision were you would like to purchase the property and they would be able to provide you with properties that sold within the last six month and this should help you determine the price to offer. However, it would be good to consult with an Realtor for assistance on negotiating a good deal.

I hope the 1st step you took was to speak with a lender.

If there is anything I maybe able to assist you with please call or email me my information is listed below:

If your looking for one in Jonestown, I am thinking about offering ours up soon. Its a 3 bedroom, fully furnished (by interior designer) and on Lake Travis. Has a gorgeous view, and only a year old. Let me know if you would like to see photos. We had it appraised recently at $390K, but would take reduce it significatly. I rented it out and in the summer was making over $6K a month.
