Hi Donna,

I performed a search in Orlando Arkansas for condos in this price range, but didn't find any results. However if you access the link below to that search page, you9;ll find an option in the upper left corner of the page to sign up to receive email alerts if new properties come on our site that match this search criteria.

I hope this helps you.

Also, please note that you may want to remove this question from our site since it displays your email address to the public.

Please let us know if you need further assistance.

Best Wishes,

Sign in to your trulia profile. In the upper right hand corner of the window click on "my listings". The list of your listings should appear on the next screen. Once you see the property that you need to add photos to, click on the tab "add photos". You should be able to upload photos at that point. One at a time.
Good luck!

Hi CSnell,

If you are a listing agent or broker, you can submit new listings to Trulia via the link below. Your profile currently indicates that you are a home seller, rather than a real estate professional, but at the time of submission you will be asked to confirm that you are indeed a real estate professional and you will be prompted to update your profile accordingly.

Please let us know if you have any other questions about this.

Hi Trulia57,

To correct information on a listing on Trulia, go to the listing details page and click on the small red flag icon in the row below the photos. This will allow you to add comments and sends all the relevant information directly to customer support.

Note that we will cross-check the information you provide, so if it's not consistent with other sources, you'll want to contact the agent and have them correct the information at the feed source - as the responses below have all noted.

Hi Mary,

Welcome to Trulia Voices and thank you for your question. Joan's answer below is partially correct. Those agents who submit listings to our site manually can then remove those properties from our site once they are sold. Many listings are submitted to us automatically by franchises, brokers and aggregators and those listings will be removed from our site once those listing providers indicate that a listing is sold, expired or withdrawn in the data feed they send to us, or if they remove a listing from that feed entirely.

If you access the link below to view our display for 116 Gatewood and click on the link or button to 'View more details' you'll see that this listing is still shown as active on RealEstateBook.com. Once that listing is updated on that site and in the data feed that RealEstateBook provides to us, it will be removed from our site automatically.

Since you alerted us that the listing is no longer active however, I will confirm that and make sure it is removed from our site. If you encounter any other out-dated listings like this on our site in the future, please use the 'Report an error' link on the property page to alert us about that property.

Thank you,

Hi Kelley,

Thank you for making us aware of this error. Please access the link below to send an email to our Customer Service team and please be sure to include a link to the property in question or the complete property address.

If you can also include a copy of the correct public records for your property, that will help them to more efficiently correct our display.

Hi Beverly,

Thank you for reaching out to us about this. At present, Trulia does not accept timeshare listings. Only residential listings are included in our search results at this time and to prevent other listing types from being added to our database, our system is programmed not to accept listings with unusually low prices.

I apologize for the confusion. If you have any other questions or feedback to share with us, please let us know.

Hi Topher,

Thank you for your question. We receive this listing information from ListHub.net and if you access the link you'll see that the incorrect information originates on their site. The best way to remedy this would be to contact ListHub to ensure that they update their display and the data feed that they send to us. Once they do so, our display will update automatically with the new information.

Please let us know if you have any further questions.

Hi Kendall,

If a listing on Trulia has been branded by the listing agent or broker, any questions about that listing will be sent to the agent or broker, however if a listing has not been branded, any questions asked about it will be sent here to the Trulia Voices Community. Branding your listings gives you great exposure on Trulia and is completely free. Please access the following link to find out more.

http://www.trulia.com/agents/brand_your_listings/

Also, if you are indeed having difficulties with your account, as Mike said, please access the link further below and select the 'Ask a Question' option to contact our Customer Service Team so they can assist you.

Hi Lavena,

It looks like we receive information for most of your listings from Coldwell Banker in which case we display the photo that they include in the data feed they send to us for each listing and that should be the same photo that they show on their own web site for the appropriate listing.

If you need to update one of the listing photos we display you will need to contact Coldwell Banker to ensure that they update the listing photo on their site and within the data feed they send to us. Once they do so, our display should update automatically with the new information.

Please don't hesitate to let us know if you have any questions about this.

At this point only Realtors who are licensed can list their listings here on Trulia. Because you are selling your home yourself, you would need to use tools available for fsbo's. Hi Susan,

Thank you for your question. We don't currently receive this information from the provider of our assessor and public records data and if we did it is highly likely that we would not be permitted to display it for various privacy and business reasons.

I'll be sure to share your suggestion with the rest of our team though just in case that option does become available.

Hi Amber,

The listings on featured on Trulia are extracted from broker/agent and franchise websites. Unfortunately I can't tell you where your listings are coming from without an example listing but if you can access the link below and send our customer support team an email with an example they will be able to.
