Hello,

Our Customer Service team can deactivate your account if you wish, and you can send your request that they do so via the link below.

http://www.trulia.com/help/ask/

However, keep in mind that there's no charge for your account, and you may want to keep it if you want to search for rental or sale listings in the future. If there's a specific reason you wish to deactivate your account, please let our team know so they can assist you. For example, if you simply wish to stop receiving Trulia email alerts, you can delete those alerts via http://www.trulia.com/account/email_preferences/.

I hope this information is helpful.

Regards,

Sam,
If you look at your monthly payment (principle & interest part) you should be able to take that amount & divide by 12 & that will let you figure out how much additional principle you can pay each month in order to make one full additional principle payment during the year. You should make any additional payment amount as for extra principle in your payment coupon & make a notation on your check.

By making one additional principle payment each year you can save thousands in interest and cut down the length of your loan.

Your mortgage instrument that was filed at the court house should have complete terms listed in it. Most mortgages now do not have a "pre-payment" penalty - meaning you could pay off your mortgage early without a penalty.

If you have additional questions, I'm sure that your mortgage company can also help to answer them.

Best wishes,
Julann Carney

Sam,
Some mortgage companies offer bi-weekly payments. You should check with them directly to see if that would be easier to set up. Typically, if your payment is due on the 1st of the month you usually have until the 15th to pay without penalty.
Good luck!
