Hi,

This data is provided to us from Zillow foreclosures and we currently do not have the ability to edit or remove the information that they are sending us.

Please be advised that I have created a ticket to Zillow Consumer Care to request the removal of the foreclosure status from your property. Once the status is removed from Zillow, it will automatically update to Trulia after 24-48 hours.

Thank you for using Trulia!

Review your sales contract and see if anything mentions a/c Unit and size. Find out if the real estate's home inspector is an idiot or just a really stupid idiot. At last just face the fact that work has to be done. Have the system split up and add a 2ton system which you will probably enjoy being able to control your system better. Or go by a couple of window units! File a lawsuit and the agent will settle more than likely.

Arizona is in fact a community property state and the law speaks to assets and debts acquired during marriage. While the law makes a distinction between yours and mine before marriage and speaks to matters of inheritance, it is too easy to commingle assets over time which may then make them part of those belonging to the union.

I am not an attorney - and STRONGLY suggest you see one - along with your prospective spouse. Both of you need to know and understand the meaning of "yours, mine and ours."
Get the rules, get a pre-nup, and while with the attorney, consider estate planning - ESPECIALLY - if there are children (of any age) related to only one of you.

Obviously you're smart since you've asked the right question. Now continue on by visiting an attorney for expert answers!

Best wishes for a happy marriage!

I tried to use "Edit Home Facts" and submitted my email address, but it did not let me correct the sale price. How can that be corrected?

Since the title to a mobile home is similar to that of a car, it would "seem" the answer to your question is yes, a name can be added. But...(an there always is one) is there a lien holder? I don't know if a lien holder changes anything...so here are a couple of phone numbers for you to call:

Motor Vehicle Inquires: 602-255-0072
Non-Motor Vehicle Inquiries: 602-712-7355

Hopefully you're already done since it's been several months.

For information about this program and other Down Payment Assistance programs, you need to speak with a lender. There are quite a few and all are slightly different with regard to qualifications - both borrower and property.

If you'd like a referral to an excellent lender, contact me. You can also ask for referrals from family, friends and co-workers, or contact your bank or credit union to get started.

Best of luck!

I'm going to assume you are inquiring about property taxes - Trulia ONLY advertises houses for sale...nothing more!

Here is a link to the Maricopa County Assessor's Office to find the information you want:

Good luck!

You shouldn't have any problem getting a home-equity-line-of-credit for $8,000 if the home is worth $125,000.

You'll need to do that before the property is on the market, as they often won't approve a loan while a property is listed.

Good luck.

I checked the FAQ and it says I should be able to verify that I am the owner of my home and then edit the listing. That option is not available. What am I doing wrong?

There apparently is no answer to this question that many have but get no response or no valid response. I too have several aspects of my home are not correct, square footage, lot size, etc. There is an edit button which does nothing.

To Karen and other agents, we're not trying to sell our home, just want the information correct.

That's a great question, and unfortunately a complicated one. Because our local economy revolves so heavily around Fort Huachuca, any changes that happen there impact supply and demand, which in turn impacts property values. Unsure whether you are buying or selling, but I could help answer that better for you if you provide more details. Oftentimes, the answer to the underlying question of "is it a good time to buy/sell" depends on your particular situation, and not just the larger situation. Sorry I just now saw your question, but you are welcome to respond here, or contact me to converse in much greater detail. ... more
