With a job in Malvern it would be a suicide to look in Ardmore. Your best bet for walk-ability and great town feel would be Phoenixville/Mont Clare area.

Great question Andy. There are quite a few towns that should accomplish your goal. Haverford, Marple-Newtown, Springfield, Rose-Tree-Media school districts are all very good and should make your commute to Ardmore doable.

If you would share more specifically your wants and needs we can send all the properties that fit your criteria that are on the market or not on the market with a Realtor. If you haven't purchased so far, get in touch please.

I sold a home on Holland a few years ago, so I know the neighborhood well. Before understanding the value of a home, it's important to tour the home to know the condition, amenities, lot and showing value. If you need my team to view the property and give you a free home evaluation, please feel free to call us.

Good luck,

Good Morning, Could you provide some additional information? What type of space are you looking for (retail, storage, medical), how much parking do you need, is visibility and traffic volume important? I can check inventory once I have an idea of what you're looking to do. Thanks!

Hi Kivi,

I live in Haverford Township and I have two children in the Haverford School District. The schools are wonderful! There are many different areas and neighborhoods in Haverford Township that are great for first time home buyers and young families. Ardmore, Havertown, Bryn Mawr, and parts of Haverford have great starter homes. Please contact me if I can be of assistance to you.

Thanks
