Sometimes no credit is better than bad credit, the only person that can tell you is a loan officer, you should meet with a local and trusted mortgage broker, they can prequailify you at no cost, they will look at your credit plus your financials and let you know if there are any mortgage programs that you may quailify for. The site also accepts uploads from other sites that may not stay current. So while it is a good general tool it is not the most accurate one for searching properties.
