Searching online for a house can be a frustrating experience!
My response is similar to Alexander's. These are not always our personal listings or even the listings of our agency. Trulia does not make a distinction. Also, Trulia does not seem to have a way to delete old listings on its own. The information can be edited by the listing agent, however. If you want the most accurate information, go to a company website, like Weichert (www.weichertne.com) or to a realtor's personal website. Mine is www.BestCapitalDistrictHomes.com. You can set up a search there or contact me to set up an automated search for you.
In my opinion, while I do purchase advertising on Trulia, I think they need to do a better job of explaining to consumers how these sites actually work. It would be less frustrating for everyone.
