Prices did't dip by much in Aqualane Shores and are now moving up at steady pace. Last year I sold an Aqualane home for just under $3 million dollars at 3000 square feet. Anything lower than that would be tear down; people are buying at land value in these cases. ... more

With all of the foreclosures and properties abandoned for some time, I would certainly want an inspection for mold/moisture/Chinese drywall you aren't moving into an unhealthy place.
