The neighborhoods by Wekiva Springs State Park where you are moving to are very good. Good schools, close to everything. I have lived in Apopka for 15 years and really love it.

Alba,

I have lived in the Apopka area for the past seven (7) years and love it!!!! We moved here when one of my children was accepted in the “Medical Magnet” Program at Apopka High. She is a now a third year pre-med student in college. At one point I had a child in the elementary, middle and high school all at the same time, and was pleased with the quality of education they received, and the community spirit of the schools.

Now is a great time to buy in the Apopka area. I recently sold a 4/3, 3 car garage in a gated Apopka community on a cul da sac for $175,000 that originally sold for $425,000.
