Hi,

I am a Maryland real estate agent and have the ability to set you up with an automatic email from the MLS (multiple listing service) specific to any geographical area. It is a very powerful tool. For example I personally receive daily emails every-time a foreclosure or short sale in my neighborhood gets listed.

If you reach out to me with just an email address, the geographical area you are interested in and the search criteria, I would be happy to set you up with an automatic drip email campaign. You can unsubscribe anytime.

Why not get your information from a local Realtor? The information is more up to date and you have the best real estate tool you could ever ask for - a local and knowledgeable area expert. Internet research is a great tool that I use all the time. But you have to keep in mind the goal or purpose of the site. Are they (websites) really there to provide information or to gather information? My goal is always the same. Provide quality service to my clients. Dennis Thompson www.AnnapolisHomeSale.com ... more

Get the contact information for the condo association management. Each Realtor jurisdiction has it's own regulations. Seattle local real estate associations or possibly the state of Washington may have regulations regarding the disclosure of condo association documents to include rules, regulations and financial disclosures. It is always good to get the disclosures. But I always suggest my clients contact the management company directly to ask questions and get the information first hand. If you like, I could search for rentals for you. Be careful on Craig list. There are scams on there from time to time. Never give any money up front, until you have a sign lease.

There are many variables related to the relative worth of an end of the line Townhouse. Every property is different! There are no two alike. Always have a professional come out to your property or prospective property to independently evaluate the pros and cons of each and every property before you buy or sell.

Kathy Burgreen answered:
I'm a retired real estate salesperson in NY & previously advertised on Zillow. To answer your question, Trulia & Zillow use public information to generate statements & emails about crime, local schools, demographics AND housing market trends - whether prices go up or down 94%.

Real estate agents & brokers HATE Trulia & Zillow for this reason because the information is not always accurate. Both Zillow & Trulia are NOT real estate brokerages & their purpose is to receive listings from MLS's across the country + receive listings from syndicated websites & other 3rd party sites.

For years, the accuracy of listings on their websites was very low. It has been getting more accurate as these websites get listings directly from different MLS's. As for you statement regarding the market falling 94%, I would take it with a grain of salt. Your best bet is to speak with a local agent about the true market trends in Annapolis.
