The Dudley Real Estate Group answered:
Hello CHRISMARC4.

Are you primarily looking to rent or buy. Houses are selling these days for lower than a monthly rent.
Your message is dated January - we're jumping in a bit late here, but if you are still in the market for either a rental, or purchase, please don't hesitate to reach out. Either Chris or Shris will happily assist you.

All the best,

Chris

While most of them use websites such as militarybyowner.com or ahrn.com, it's not unheard of for them to exhaust all avenues to advertise their properties. There have been numerous occasions where I have spoken to a homeowner overseas. When I have a rental listing I have to protect my client by requiring a credit check. The prospective tenant pays for the credit check. If you think your credit is bad, you may be wasting your money. You may have luck looking on Craigslist or by asking friends. I suggest that when you speak to a landlord, be honest about your situation. There may be extenuating circumstances that caused your poor credit such as job loss, divorce or illness. You just may find a landlord that is willing to give you a chance. Good luck! ... more
