The data you reported is coming from your county records, because of this I am unable to edit the information. This data is gathered by a third-party data collector and if correct with your county will be updated on Trulia when the updated data gets sent to us. My best recommendation would be to contact your county to ensure that the public records are up to date.

If the county records are correct and Trulia has not received the updated data yet, owners have the ability to edit their home facts on Trulia which appear in the 'Owner Information' section. Please know that edit home facts feature is currently removed from the property pages while we improve the feature. While we do not have a specific date for when they will be available, I can assure you this is only temporary. We thank you for your patience.

Zillow For Sale By Owner listings coming over to Trulia is a new feature recently rolled out because of this we have confirmed there is a technical error regarding Zillow not sending us the Property Owner's phone number through the Buyers Agents List located on the main photo of the property page that's why it is displayed in the contact info section. I apologize for the inconvenience it has caused you. Please kindly edit your Trulia profile and input your phone number so it will appear on your property listing page. Please follow the instructions below.

1. Log in to your Trulia profile
2. Hover your mouse to your name located at the upper right corner of the page and click Profile
3. Input your phone number and click Save

Once you updated your phone number on your Trulia profile, it will automatically appear on your listing page after 24 to 48 hours.

I see so many tricks, traps and shenanigans by agents that I have developed a new way of deaiong with it. As a BUYER always conduct YOUR OWN RESEARCH. Visit the County Recorder, County real estate and building permit departments. Check for old or recent insurance claims on the property--was there a fire, wind damage or theft they forgot to tell you about? If I find everything is satisfactory---I contact each neighbor and ask lots of questions. You will find at least ONE nosy neighbor. Most important question to me is What is REAL reason for selling? Is it a FIVE D's reason? In my last purchase the seller had three of the D's as a reason ( Divorce, Death, Debt). As a result I offered 35% BELOW listed price directly to the seller...it was accepted and I closed in three weeks. I cut out both agents yet they got their commissions.

As a seller....try to never sell a property. Rule #1. You can lose a lot even if you have equity from the sale. Rule #2---Advertise on your own---to let prospective buyers know how to contact you DIRECTLY. A telephone number is good enoug h. This way Buyers agents can reach you with questions or offers in the event your listing agent refuses to answer the telephone or inquiries. Know how much you want for the sale and don't accept one dollar less. Also NEVER tell your listing agent THE REASON for the sale---they might blab it to another agent in the same office---and you will get lots of lowball offers. You put in a lot of effort to buy your house----why sell it? If you do sell----look for a REAL salesman---they will find that ONE person who will pay your price.

The best thing to do is to FLAG the listing and the Trulia staff will look into it and remove it. Go to the listing. Look for the menu item MORE, click on that then on the dropdown menu click FLAG.

Andover spreads pretty far east to west so your proximity to 93 might add a little onto your commute. Great town and school system.
