Erin,

I might suggest that since you have some time that if you are serious about going the rent to own route, that you speak to someone in lending. Your financial "affairs" would need to be in order to go that route. If you need some suggestions as to whom to speak, feel free to call me directly and I can refer you or answer any questions.

On a rental, they do post those on this site as well as Craigslist offers many by individuals.

Feel free to call me if any questions, no obligation, I am always open to helping.

All the best!

Michael

I'm a big believer in researching the credentials of the Realtors you are considering first, then meeting him/her to see "if it fits". Being able to work WITH your Realtor in the marketing and sale of the home is crucial.

My two cents worth anyway! : )

Great question!

Have a great weekend!

Residential zoning. Other zoning areas would be commercial, agricultural, or mixed used, and lastly, no zoning.
