There are a lot of variable that go into a pool install. You have to know how big you want your pool to be. Average size to you, might mean a bigger size to someone else. If you could get the exact dimensions that you want, that would be great. Also, what kind of materials are you going to you use in the pool? ... more

It has been several months since your search began. Since that time rents have4 come down and the inventory in this area has gone up. If you have found a place and are satisfied, I am very happy for you and your family. If you are still hunting I believe your patience will pay off.

Hi Kenneth,

Each property has its own showing instructions given by the homeowner. Some are appointment only, some require a min. of 24 hours notice while others you can go direct. As a Realtor in Anaheim Hills, I can check the MLS to see how you can view this property or any others. Let me know if I can help you further. ... more

Hello Vanilla,

First of all thank you for the question. Recently an article in CNN Money rated Anaheim Hills as the #3 most expensive housing markets in the United States. I'd say that the market in Anaheim Hills is doing great.
When you break down different price ranges in Anaheim Hills, you are able to see whether things are in a buyers market, sellers market, or in a neutral Market. After pulling the market trends in Anaheim Hills I was able to determine that the market is currently a neutral market up to the $800,000 range, anything over that is still a buyers market. With that being said, if you are a homeowner looking to sell and move up, then this couldn't be a better time to do that. Buyers can buy something at a depressed price, which is something they were not able to do a few years back and may not be able to do in the future.

I know that I am lucky to live and work in Anaheim Hills, CA which continues to be a place people desire to live in, and our market condition certainly reflects that.

I will attach the CNN Money article I referred to.

Thanks Hope this Helps
