Hello,

To post a for sale by owner property on Trulia, you will be redirected to Zillow. Once you are done posting your property on Zillow, the listing will appear on Trulia after 24 hours. Please let me know if you have any additional questions.

For future reference, you can feel free to contact us about this type of inquiry through our contact form here:

Where did you see this informaton?
On Trulia?
On Zillow?
On the Annherst, NY multiple listing service?

WHERE YOU SAW THIS INFORMATION IS CRUCIAL.
A link would be helpful also.

If Zillow or Truila is the source, have your attorney write a promising letter to these companies regarding the harm you have suffered or danger to which you have been exposed.
-
If on the MLS, contact the broker of record to track it down.
-
Now is the right time for you to blur the image of your home on google maps. See my blog for instructions ( www.Trulia.com/blog/annettelawrence )
Failure to do so allows these sites to continue to leverage your homes attributes for their purposes.

In order to best protect your interest consider working with an agent; keep in mind that your house is your home. Emotions are homebound---selling your house is a business transaction. In a business, a professional is able to best to protect your interests. A real estate professional is better at selling your house than you could be at selling your home. ... more

Patti - Both Supra and Sentrilock lockboxes record who and when shows the property, and are also a lot tougher. For this reason I prefer these to the old combo boxes. I have a lot of REOs but I always use the electronic boxes on all 'em. I usually just buy them used from http://www.lockboxswap.com/buy-lockbox.
