You can contact the listing agent who will be able to help you learn more about that specific property (and probably will know a lot about similar properties in the area). To find an agent, just click on the yellow button on the property's Trulia listing and you will be able to start a dialogue.

Please let me know if you have any questions or if I can help with anything else. I am happy to be a resource for you. Good luck with the search!

Matching the right special need buyer with the right special need seller is best accomplished when more information is available. For instance if you are seeking a little or zero down owner financed home, the options are few and the chance of success, meager.

You wold be well served to contact a local real estate consultant and get yourself on the 'A-List." Your consultant can then have the confidence that proactive networking on your behalf will result in a match.

Agents who call regarding my listing who have no knowledge of their buyers financial situation and buyers who call without a financial profile are all kicked to the curb. You will find a consultation with a professional will pave the way to better and faster results.

Best of success in the purchase of your home,

Absolutely. There are many quaint areas for you to explore on your biccycle''''downtwon and the beaches are most popular. There are dining chooices as well. We have such a diverse population and it is wonderful to be out out riding, and you come upon people who love to stop and chat even when you first meet them. It is a very friendly place. The beaches and downtown are just a couple of areas that are amazing. You should come for the Isle of Eight Flags(ShrimpFeastival) and sample some great seafood and great hospitality!
Send me your email and I willsend you information.
