Sounds like it is in the option period.....or listed as Active-Option in the MLS.
This is the first stage of the contract typically once the house goes under contract.

Then typically the buyer has 7 to 10 days to decide if they want it or not in theory, but in practice that is the time when the buyer does an inspection and negotiates any repairs.

The schools are horrible. A friend moved from Alvarado to Burleson her daughter was a A-B student in Alvarado and was in special Ed in Burleson. In the 6 yrs she went to Burleson she went back to the regular school district because she was so far behind and never caught up. ... more
