There are public schools, private, parochial, boarding school...... all in the Altoona area. Besides Altoona, Bellwood and Hollidaysburg are popular school districts that are often requested by buyers.
Look at the sites that Melissa, Deborah and Edmund suggest - is a good site to compare schools and look at reviews and ratings.
