From the great schools, town center, lovely people and convenience to NYC and Highways to either the NY Thruway, or the Shore area…please call me if you'd lie an area tour and a chance to view some great properties. Property taxes in Bergen and Essex Counties are the highest in the state of NJ. Taxes in Allendale are similar to Ho Ho Kus. Saddle River, Mahwah, Alpine and Franklin Lakes have the lower taxes.

There is currently no waiting list for a resident or non-resident train station parking pass in Allendale. Simply go to the Allendale Police Station, fill out a simple application, pay $50/resident or $190/non-resident and you will be issued an annual pass.
