According to the listing on MLS, the power is with APS and the water is through the city. I do not see there is any gas at the home.

I do see that this home is actively listed for rent and that we will have to schedule an appointment to tour the home. When are you available for a tour of this home?

Hi,

The house is not currently listed for sale. I understand the frustration when you find a property that has just been updated in the website and the information is old.

What Trulia and most other real estate website do is to gather information from many different sources. The basic idea is to capture as many listings as possible. Sometimes those other sources may have glitches and "update" an old listing. Trulia then get a new feed with that listing and thinks it is available.

I learned that the other day when a very old listing of mine became active again. After some research I found that the system I used to build the video tour for that house had a problem and re-published the video tour as a new tour. Trulia thought it was a new listing and re-listed the house.

Please note that this is not necessarily Trulia's fault. Trulia aggregates the information scattered in different places in order to facilitate the life of its users. They don't have control over what those sites publish.

I hope this helps.

I am wondering if this might be a case where the home is being rented and the bank has repossessed it. If this is the case then you probably need to contact the bank and you may possibly need to see a real estate attorney.

The reason that I am thinking that it may be this situation is it looks like a property that was put on the site by RealtyTrac which is a foreclosure website. I don't know for certain that this is the situation but that is what it looks like.

Good Morning! The home you inquires about is pending which means they have an accepted offer on the home and are scheduled to close. It looks as if you are searching for a property in the central Phoenix area-how can I help? There is another property down the street that is available that you may want to consider that is priced less than 3001 W. MIssouri. Would you be interested in that home? You may contact me at 480-980-8286 or e-mail me at jstowe@stonepatheralestate.com

you can get an agent in that area to show it to you. Remember this, if your credit is good, you can buy
a house similar to this for 1/2 of that rental rate!!
