Dear Lily,
I see that your question is from last summer and you must be all set now. I think it is a very good question that deserves answers for other users to read.

The Trulia login screen can be deceiving as it shows the Facebook link so close to the email and password boxes. They are two different ways to log in and are not connected. Contrarily, the Agent Reviews and Recommendations are connected to Facebook. As an agent, I wish that was optional as my clients may or may not have Facebook and they may or may not want that connection made due to privacy. Hopefully, Trulia will make that connection optional in the future.

Dear Betty,

The disclosure on lead-based paint is required to be given to the buyer from the seller's agent. After receiving this lead-based paint disclosure meaning that the condo (in this case) was built before 1978, you will be able to read the lead paint booklet of information and make a decision to test or not to test for lead-based paint.

This decision is yours as a condo buyer. You will have to sign off on your yes or no decision for lead-based paint.
