Andrew Cornell asked:
I have a Trulia account and originally posted this home for sale on Zillow and MRIS. How do I update Trulia with new price and our two new open house dates? Thanks

answered:
The fastest way to sell your house is by using a "We Buy Houses" company like http://www.thesellfastcenter.com because you will not need to repair anything. Homes are purchased As-Is.

If you will have a mortgage, consult with your lender. If you've locked an interest rate, you will want to know how the rate will be affected and the fee to lock again if necessary.

I prefer the rancher, you own the land and the walls that way, and if its updated, that's a bigger plus,

Tina is correct - you have already successfully created a Trulia account. If you can let us know specifically what else you're looking to accomplish, we'll be glad to help.

Robert Lepelletier answered:
If you would provide me with your parents name, then I will see if there information is in the current Fairfax Couinty land records. Also it would help it if you could provide the year in which they sold the property. For example in 1985 a Robert & Barbara Yablonski sold their property at 8116 Pinelake Court, Alexandria, VA to the Cobeys.

Dear Lily,
I see that your question is from last summer and you must be all set now. I think it is a very good question that deserves answers for other users to read.

The Trulia login screen can be deceiving as it shows the Facebook link so close to the email and password boxes. They are two different ways to log in and are not connected. Contrarily, the Agent Reviews and Recommendations are connected to Facebook. As an agent, I wish that was optional as my clients may or may not have Facebook and they may or may not want that connection made due to privacy. Hopefully, Trulia will make that connection optional in the future.

Sincerely,

Ron Thomas answered:
You need two Realtors to take this off your shoulders.
A Listing Agent for your house and a Buyer's Agent.
The Buyer's Agent will cost you nothing.
With two sets of Rules and Reg's, it will be confusing.

Good luck and may God bless

WOW...the responses here have answered some of my own questions about BoA's short-sale process. I've done a few with GMAC and it was rather fast. I was very pleased.

With Equator, at lease one thing the bank cannot say is that they "don't" have this or that file, like they use to before. In one case, I had to resubmit the same documents 6 times to 4 different fax numbers.

Good Luck!!

Maria, as of yet, the bank has not listed this on the MLS for whatever reason. Trying to determine who to submit an offer to at this point would be a nightmare in my opinion. If you like the neighborhood, there is a home across the street that appears substantially the same at 5730 Cassel Glen Ct, which is listed as a short sale at $850K. If you would like to go see this listing, give me a call and we can set a time. I look forward to hearing from you,
